Apply for a 14-day free trial; scope and dates are confirmed at setup. Paid continuation requires pricing confirmation and your agreement. Rent goes directly to the nominated account.

BuildBridge assists landlords managing their own properties; it is not a full property agent. Landlords confirm tenant selection, paid quotes and legal decisions.

Rent goes directly to the landlord’s nominated account. BuildBridge does not hold rent or bonds.

Show provider, scope, labour, materials, tax and total before the owner approves. Additional costs require fresh approval.

No provider commission or hidden markup in third-party quotes.

NZ$20 + GST per property per month, NZ$23 including GST. Payment arrangements require customer confirmation.

Customers can view records, raise disputes and request cancellation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
