• Ordinary repair contact, quote collection, appointment arrangements and completion follow-up have no additional coordination fee. Managed landlords do not also pay the self-service system fee.

Every extra quote names the provider, scope, labour, materials, net amount, GST, total and any disclosed commission. Approval is required before work, and again for additions. Third-party work has separate quotes and invoices and is never automatically added to the management debit. Emergency spending follows the limit you select in the agreement.
