With your authorisation, we arrange rental advertising through myRent. Enquiries and applications are collected on the publishing platforms, with our help to organise follow-up. We confirm content, channels and fees with you before proceeding.
NZ$35+ GST per check
Provide the tenant’s details and their authorisation for a background check. Once we have complete information and valid consent, we arrange the check and send the results to your private messages.
Identity, credit and rental records are checked within the authorised scope. You review the report and decide whether to accept the application.

Yes. You can submit a rental or sale listing with photos and property details for free. It appears in BuildBridge’s rental and sale resources after review. External advertising is a separate, optional service.
Base rental promotion costs NZ$70.00 + GST (NZ$80.50 including GST). It includes myRent, realestate.co.nz, OneRoof and Facebook. The optional Trade Me Premium upgrade adds NZ$170.00 + GST and includes homes.co.nz. The upgraded package totals NZ$276.00 including GST. Channels and payment arrangements are confirmed before fulfilment.
No. Free onsite listings, paid advertising, tenant checks and property management are separate services. The proposed self-service software price is NZ$5 per property per month. Payments are not open; tax is pending confirmation. Managed-service charges are unchanged. Choose the services you need.
The owner or an authorised representative can submit a listing. For external promotion, we need your authorisation to provide the listing, photos and necessary contact information to myRent and the selected channels. This does not authorise us to choose tenants, sign a lease or collect rent or bonds.
Onsite listings show the contact details you choose to publish. For multi-platform promotion, enquiries and applications are collected through the publishing platform. We help organise information, follow-ups, viewings and private notes. External enquiries are not automatically imported into the BuildBridge inbox.
You can manage your onsite listing through your property listing area. For external advertisements, contact BuildBridge with the listing reference and your changes or removal request. We coordinate the update through the publishing service; changes are subject to channel processing times.
We confirm the applicable duration and removal conditions before publishing. Availability depends on the selected channels and their rules. Tell us promptly when the property is rented or no longer available so we can arrange removal.
Free BuildBridge listings support both rentals and sales. The multi-platform package shown here is for rental properties. Sale advertising requires separate confirmation of channels, services and fees.
A check costs NZ$35 + GST (NZ$40.25 including GST). Submit the tenant details requested in the form and their signed authorisation. We verify the materials and arrange the check manually within the authorised scope. Identity, credit and tenancy information depend on the provider and available records.
Once complete details and valid authorisation have been checked, we arrange processing as quickly as possible. Results are sent to your private BuildBridge message area. Timing depends on document checks and the provider. You review the report and decide whether to accept the applicant.
