Confirm who is responsible for each task, the scope, timing and price before approval.
Rent and records
Pay rent as specified in the tenancy agreement. Landlords confirm actual receipts and maintain records. Automated bank reconciliation and holding client funds are not included in the current service.
Letting and sales
An agent enquiry is separate from a formal appointment. Regulated work must be performed by appropriately qualified people. Confirm scope and price before appointing anyone.
On-site services
Repairs, cleaning, viewings and inspections are carried out by an agreed provider after the quote is approved. The software can retain submitted progress and evidence. Availability is not guaranteed.
Devices and remote access
The catalogue supports device enquiries and records. Connectivity, account permissions and installation must be confirmed separately for each system. Demonstrations do not mean all pictured devices can be controlled.
Data and agreements
Demonstrations use read-only examples. Actual access depends on the account, property and authorised relationship. Retention and export are governed by the privacy policy and applicable agreement.
Intelligent assistant for landlords
Apply for a 14-day free trial; scope and dates are confirmed at setup. Paid continuation requires pricing confirmation and your agreement. Rent goes directly to the nominated account.

Proposed self-service software price: NZ$5 per property per month. Payments are not open; tax, partial months and agreement transitions are pending. Managed-service charges are unchanged.

Customers can view records, raise disputes and request cancellation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
